Formerly the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, the PULSE Committee reflects an expanded commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and empowering culture within our Chapter. Aligned with national NAPNAP’s vision, the Ohio Chapter’s PULSE Committee supports inclusive member engagement, professional growth, and equitable practices, while advising Chapter leadership and curating resources that promote connection, unity, and excellence in pediatric advanced practice nursing.
