Refund Policy

We will be happy to refund your registration fees if we receive your cancellation in writing via email to [email protected] before July 15, 2025, by 11:59 p.m. ET. We cannot accept telephone cancellations. A $50 administrative fee will apply to all refunds with the exception of intensive workshops. There are no refunds for cancellations of intensive workshops after July 15, 2025, by 11:59 p.m. ET (no exceptions). No-shows will not be refunded.
 
In the case of a weather-related flight cancellation: If your flight is canceled and you cannot be re-booked on another flight, we ask that you submit a written request for refund via email to [email protected]. We will need proof of the flight cancellation. We will review all requests on a case-by-case basis and will respond in a timely manner.
