If we find it necessary to entirely cancel our in-person conferences for any reason including, but not limited to, registration responses, strikes or acts of God, liability shall be limited to a full refund of registration fees. Notification of a canceled event will be sent at least 10 days prior to the conference starting date, when possible. Registration refund will be processed within 15 days after the event date.
