Refund Policy: We will be happy to refund your registration fees if we receive your written cancellation via email ([email protected]) before Tuesday, July 1, 2025, by 5 p.m. ET. We cannot accept telephone cancellations. A $50 administrative fee will apply to all refunds. There are no refunds for cancellations after July 1, 2025 (no exceptions). No-shows will not be refunded. Cancellation Policy: The Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners is committed to providing high-quality continuing education that supports your professional development, recertification, and licensure requirements. If it becomes necessary to cancel the in-person conference for any reason — including but not limited to insufficient registration, venue closure, labor disputes, or unforeseen events (e.g., inclement weather and natural disasters) — liability will be limited to a full refund of registration fees. Whenever possible, notice of cancellation will be sent to registered participants at least 10 days prior to the scheduled event start date. All applicable refunds will be processed within 15 days following the originally scheduled event date. Continuing Education (CE) Credit: Continuing education credits will be awarded based on session attendance and completion of post-conference evaluations.
