*Anyone who registers for the August 2022 conference will automatically be entered into the drawing. Winners will be randomly selected by the Conference Planning Committee from a list of all registrations received at the time of the drawing. Winners will be notified immediately after each drawing via the email address used when registering for the conference.
**Exclusions: The following exclusions apply: A winner may not be selected more than once or receive more than one prize drawing. Any conference registrant who is a member of the Conference Planning Committee or a Board Member of the Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners is excluded from all drawings and may not receive a winning prize.

In the event that you are unable to attend the conference, you may submit a written request to cancel your registration for the August 5-6, 2022, conference and ask that 100% of your paid registration fees be applied toward the same 2022 online conference that will be offered via Teachable. All cancellation requests must be in writing and sent to [email protected] before August 5, 2022. Please include your full name and contact information in the email.
